Shipping & Returns
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All domestic orders ship free via USP or FedEx with signature confirmation (1-3 business days). FedEx Express Saver and FedEx Overnight are also available at an additional charge. Keep in mind, shipping estimates occur after we ship your order, which is typically 2-3 weeks after your order is placed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer shipping to most countries via DHL. Please allow 3-10 business days depending on service and location. The customs office of the destination country may impose taxes, customs fees, import duties, and other charges to your international order where applicable. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your jewelry as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 7 days of purchase for most items after the product has been delivered. In the case of a return, send us an email to sales@concept26.co with the following information: Order number, Name, Phone Number, and delivery address. Please allow 2-5 business days after receipt of merchandise for us to process your return. Refunds are issued on non-refundable Concept26 digital gift card
CANCELLATION POLICY
We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt and some orders are already being worked on within 1-5 working days. Cancellation on orders are due within 72 hours for a full refund.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Concept26 Fine Jewelry cannot accept jewelry that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.
- Made-To-Order items and items marked as Final Sale are not returnable.
- Original shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded.
- Concept26 Fine Jewelry recommends that you return merchandise via FedEx, UPS or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment.
- Concept26 Fine Jewelry will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Refund for jewelry will only be honored if the return instructions above are followed.
- Concept26 Fine Jewelry reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in Concept26 Fine Jewelry sole discretion.
