SHIPPING INFORMATION
All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. We required a signature upon delivery for all jewelry.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Send a note with your order number and correct shipping address to clientcare@concept26.co and we’ll fix that right up for you.
I haven’t received my parcel. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your parcel and need more assistance, contact us at clientcare@concept26.co.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your jewelry as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 7 days of purchase for most items.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt and some orders are already being worked on within 1-5 working days. Cancellation on orders are due within 72 hours for a non-refundable Concept26 Digital Gift Card.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Concept26 Fine Jewelry cannot accept jewelry that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.
- Made- To- Order and items marked as Final Sale are not returnable.
- Original shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded.
- Concept26 Fine Jewelry recommends that you return merchandise via FedEx, UPS or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment.
- Concept26 Fine Jewelry will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Refund for jewelry will only be honored if the return instructions above are followed.
- Concept26 Fine Jewelry reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in Concept26 Fine Jewelry sole discretion.

PAYMENT
Concept26 Fine Jewelry accepts all major credit cards. For security, your billing address must match the address on file at your credit card company.
We will charge applicable state, local and county taxes on all online orders based on the shipping address. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.

However, while we take reasonable steps to protect this personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, you accept that no internet data transmission can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unintended recipients and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this breach is due to our gross negligence. Concept26 Fine Jewelry will never sell email addresses or physical addresses to third parties.
